Hello!

My name is Joseph Thompson, and I’m a graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Technology. I have a bachelor of science in graphic design and a minor in photography. My interest in puzzles and drawing drove me to become a designer. I see graphic design as a fun yet competitive experience where you meet your competition and friends who have your back. Being a designer means looking at every piece of media with the intent of creating something better.

I decided that I wanted to become a graphic designer when I was a sophomore in high school. After discovering this career pathway, I began attending a career technical class called Advertising Art during my high school career.

When I am not working on design or looking for interesting art, I can be found taking photographs. I enjoy photography because something as simple as a landscape photo can create an aesthetically pleasing message about nature’s beauty.
