The overall style of each chip was based on crimes and criminals of the 1920s. Stolen Goods is shown as a nighttime crime with the famous couple Bonnie and Clyde. The Bootlegger Chips are based on the alcohol runner, Machine Gun Kelly. The final design is of a speakeasy prevalent in the 1920s. The addition of characters helped to unify all three bags as a cohesive product line.
