The project objective was to research and create a brochure on an art-based theme for the Getty Museum. I wanted to make it on manga or Japanese graphic novels and had decided to do one inspiration: wood blocks. The project would cover the life and art of Utagawa Kuniyoshi, a Japanese engraver who worked in the early 19th century.
